Living on the Great Lakes our hunting conditions can be extreme. Big water, stiff winds and lots of retrieves is the norm. After extensive research and dozens of calls we found Dodge, grandson of Shurmarks Split Decision. Dodge has been a great golden he is very good looking, hard charging and lives to hunt. Although we have trained our own retrievers for years Dodge’s love to train has inspired us to become better trainers ourselves. For several years following his arrival we have built a beautiful kennel facility, training ponds and managed the property to make it easy for our dogs to learn.

Our mission is to train and breed happy, healthy golden retrievers for the purpose of providing not only a faithful companion but dogs that are also able and eager to fulfill their role as a working field dog, (hunting, agility, obedience), while still maintaining the breed.
